BY VISITING, BROWSING, SHOPPING, ACCESSING OR OTHERWISE USING THIS WEB SITE (THE "SITE") OPERATED BY Trains by Johnson YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 You must be 18 years or older to be able to order from this site. You must have a valid paypal account under your name  and/or a valid credit card under your name  in order to place an order from this site.

Important Information About This Legal Contract
You agree to this User Agreement, and all of its terms and conditions, by visiting, browsing, shopping, accessing or otherwise using the Site. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in Trains by Johnson  sole discretion. By visiting, browsing, shopping, accessing or otherwise using the Site after a change has been posted to the Site, the Customer accepts that change. Customers should check this User Agreement and the Privacy Pledge frequently.

Orders; Payment Terms; Interest; Taxes
Orders are not binding upon Trains by Johnson until accepted by Trains by Johnson. Terms of payment are within Trains by Johnson's sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Trains by Johnson may invoice parts of an order separately. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Freight Policy
Shipping and handling charges on all orders vary; contact your Trains by Johnson account manager for our most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card.

Return Policy
Will be issued if Trains by Johnson is thoroughly convinced that the claim is valid. The “customer” must notify  Trains by Johnson within 12 hours of receiving the goods that there is a claim. Failing to do so will result in wavering the right to claim. The customer must state what the reason for the claim is and must document that claim. Only a written claim that is received in the  Trains by Johnson offices within 12 hours of  received  shipment  at the location of the customer  will be processed. Only a  claim that has been  faxed, or e-mailed, and a  written confirmation from Trains by Johnson that the claims has been received by Trains by Johnson, will be considered eligible for a refund. The customer must not use, resale, give away or discard the claimed goods, and must be willing to show the damaged goods to the Trains by Johnson  regional representative, in order for the claim to be valid. Not complying with  this policy will waiver the customers right for a refund or partial refund. Trains by Johnson will consider a refund or a partial refund in accordance with Trains by Johnson policy of refunding claims.

Trains by Johnson reserves the right to terminate all activities with any customer, or third party without prior notice - All sales are final.

Having said this the limitation of Liability as stated in the Limitation and Liability is not and will not be wavered in any way. 

Check payment policy
Trains by Johnson will accept a cashiers check or money order. Trains by Johnson will accept personal or business checks up to $5,000 subject to verification. Trains by Johnson will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders, but allow 10 business days for clearing.

Credit Cards
Credit card charges are processed online after ordering the products. Time of shipment is WITHIN 48 HOURS if received on Monday,  Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders received on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be shipped according to availability of shipping possibilities.   Trains by Johnson does not apply any surcharge for credit cards.
